1. Appointment Booking Cancellations
Clinic diagnostic evaluation and consultation appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. For home visit consultations, cancellations must be communicated at least 4 hours before the scheduled dispatch time.
2. 7-Day Hearing Aid Satisfaction Trial & Exchange
We offer a structured 7-day adaptation trial period for selected digital hearing aid models. If a patient experiences physical discomfort or acoustic mismatch that cannot be resolved through clinical recalibration, the device may be exchanged for an alternative form factor or model under the guidance of our senior audiologist.
3. Returns & Refunds Policy
- Unopened Accessories & Care Products: Hearing aid batteries, drying capsules, wax guard filters, and standard cleaning tools in unopened, factory-sealed condition may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
- Custom Ear Moulds & Shells: Custom-cast ear moulds and custom-moulded shells (CIC/IIC) are manufactured to individual ear impressions and are non-refundable once fabricated. Necessary physical fit adjustments and remoulds are covered under clinical warranty within 30 days.
- Prescription Hearing Aids: Hearing instruments returned during the eligible trial window in original condition with all accessories, serial-matched boxes, and manuals are eligible for refund minus administrative processing fees.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned items.
